{"id":526,"date":"2026-10-26T18:35:26","date_gmt":"2026-10-26T18:35:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pcparaguay.org\/lajota\/?p=526"},"modified":"2026-10-26T18:51:41","modified_gmt":"2026-10-26T18:51:41","slug":"intervencion-de-la-jcp-en-el-seminario-internacional-atenas-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pcparaguay.org\/lajota\/intervencion-de-la-jcp-en-el-seminario-internacional-atenas-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Intervenci\u00f3n de la JCP en el Seminario Internacional, Atenas, 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contribuci\u00f3n de la Juventud Comunista Paraguaya (JCP) en el Seminario Internacional \u201cEn condiciones de preparaci\u00f3n para la guerra es imperativo que las organizaciones juveniles comunistas se\u00f1alen la \u00fanica salida del b\u00e1rbaro sistema capitalista\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Atenas, Grecia, septiembre de 2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimados camaradas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En estos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os nuestra organizaci\u00f3n se ha fortalecido y fruto de eso hemos tenido debates importantes en este per\u00edodo. Estos debates nos han permitido avanzar convencidos hacia ese movimiento real que podr\u00e1 suprimir este estado de cosas actual. As\u00ed como estamos seguros de que esta historia es la expresi\u00f3n de nuestra actividad luchando por superar las condiciones dominantes de la vida que pretenden ser naturalizadas; tambi\u00e9n militamos conscientes de las dificultades que se nos presentan en estos tiempos, pero con la seguridad de que nada es imposible para nuestra clase en lo que tiene que ver con la historia.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para nosotros, entender esto y proponer la v\u00eda de la revoluci\u00f3n socialista parte de un ejercicio intenso de comprensi\u00f3n dial\u00e9ctica. En ese sentido, sabemos que estamos en un momento determinante para el proceso hist\u00f3rico de la humanidad, en el que la clase trabajadora se juega todos los d\u00edas la supervivencia, y nuestro planeta, tambi\u00e9n; tenemos presente aquello que apunt\u00f3 Marx en el Capital, en su feroz cr\u00edtica de la econom\u00eda pol\u00edtica, sobre la totalidad de las relaciones capitalistas, en que este modo de producci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo sabe \u201cdesarrollar la t\u00e9cnica y la combinaci\u00f3n del proceso social de producci\u00f3n minando al mismo tiempo las fuentes de que mana toda la riqueza: la tierra y el trabajador\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde Paraguay, cuya econom\u00eda se caracteriza por la extrema dependencia hacia el mercado externo, vemos con claridad lo que propone en este tiempo el capitalismo a escala mundial; en nuestro pa\u00eds la poblaci\u00f3n obrera sobrante solamente sigue creciendo y la juventud trabajadora sufre directamente las consecuencias de la guerra en su cotidianidad, tambi\u00e9n en este marco es igualmente importante mencionar la situaci\u00f3n y la lucha de los compa\u00f1eros indigenas en sus territorios (en Paraguay en especifico, el pueblo Ayoreo en aislamiento, por ejemplo), o la de la poblaci\u00f3n palestina resistiendo al genocidio orquestado por el proyecto colonial sionista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este modo de producci\u00f3n, que no pasa solamente por las personificaciones que crea la din\u00e1mica capitalista, lleva varias d\u00e9cadas siendo un ancla para el desarrollo de las fuerzas productivas: genera guerras a escala internacional, se sostiene con una base colonial, impulsa diversas formas de violencia contra el proletariado (bombardeos, hambrunas, despojos territoriales, crisis ambiental, inseguridad alimentaria, problemas de salud generalizados, empobrecimiento, solo por citar algunas).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apuntamos as\u00ed que la formaci\u00f3n social paraguaya se integra a la din\u00e1mica del mercado mundial capitalista con el proceso de expansi\u00f3n ultramarina de los pa\u00edses dominantes que, buscando ampliar mercados para acceder a materia prima, encontraron en nuestros territorios una gran oportunidad para impulsar su producci\u00f3n y seguir socavando eso que Marx mencionaba. Creemos que entender esto es fundamental para trabajar con las juventudes trabajadores, porque permite asumir que, cuando hablamos de las condiciones de vida actuales, estamos hablando de la producci\u00f3n y reproducci\u00f3n del conjunto de las relaciones sociales capitalistas. Es ah\u00ed donde nos encontramos con una tarea importante, que es quiz\u00e1 la m\u00e1s relevante para nuestra organizaci\u00f3n: la de preparar y promover la revoluci\u00f3n socialista entre las juventudes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En s\u00edntesis, el capitalismo ha llegado a sus l\u00edmites estructurales y el planeta mismo est\u00e1 rozando sus m\u00e1rgenes de renovaci\u00f3n; estamos yendo por un camino sin retorno; presenciando eso que Lenin citaba en \u201cEl socialismo y la guerra\u201d: esto es la prolongaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica por otros medios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entendemos que, en definitiva, la estrategia revolucionaria socialista es la \u00fanica salida humanista a la crisis estructural del modo de producci\u00f3n capitalista. Este sistema no podr\u00e1 resolver nuestras necesidades. Es eso mismo lo que nos lleva a trabajar con absoluto convencimiento con nuestra clase, de forma pol\u00edticamente independiente, para fortalecer nuestro programa en los territorios y avanzar hacia la construcci\u00f3n de una nueva sociedad libre de explotadores y explotados, hacia una sociedad que nos permita ser verdaderamente libres, hacia una sociedad en la que podamos ser felices y desarrollar con plenitud nuestras capacidades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso creemos que la \u00fanica salida es la revoluci\u00f3n socialista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">English<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Contribution by the Juventud Comunista Paraguaya (JCP) to the International Seminar \u201cIn the Face of Preparations for War, It Is Imperative That Communist Youth Organizations Point Out the Only Way Out of the Barbaric Capitalist System\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Athens, Greece, September 2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear comrades:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent years, our organization has grown stronger, and as a result, we have held important discussions during this period. These debates have allowed us to move forward with conviction toward that real movement that will be able to overthrow the current state of things. Just as we are certain that this history is the expression of our struggle to overcome the prevailing conditions of life, conditions that are intended to be naturalized, we also engage in militancy, aware of the difficulties we face in these times; yet we affirm with confidence that nothing is impossible for our class when it comes to history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For us, understanding and proposing the path of socialist revolution begins with an intense exercise in dialectical understanding. In that sense, we know that we are at a decisive moment in humanity\u2019s historical process, in which the working class, and our planet as well, is fighting for its survival every day; we bear in mind what Marx pointed out in Das Kapital, in his fierce critique of political economy, regarding the totality of capitalist relations: that this mode of production knows only how to \u201cdevelops the techniques and the degree of combination of the social process of production by simultaneously undermining the original sources of all wealth\u2014the soil and the worker.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From Paraguay, whose economy is characterized by extreme dependence on external markets, we can clearly see what capitalism is bringing about on a global scale at this time; in our country, the surplus labor force continues to grow, and working-class youth suffer the direct consequences of war in their daily lives; within this context, it is equally important to mention the situation and the struggle of the Indigenous brothers and sisters in their territories (in Paraguay specifically, the Ayoreo people living in voluntary isolation, for example) or that of the Palestinian people resisting the genocide orchestrated by the Zionist colonial project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This mode of production, which goes beyond the mere personifications created by capitalist dynamics, has for several decades served as an anchor for the development of the productive forces: it generates wars on an international scale, is sustained by a colonial foundation, and fuels various forms of violence against the proletariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We thus note that Paraguayan social formation is integrated into the dynamics of the global capitalist market through the process of overseas expansion by dominant countries, which seeking to expand markets to gain access to raw materials, found in our territories a great opportunity to boost their production and continue undermining what Marx referred to. We believe that to understand this, it is essential to work with working-class youth, because it allows us to recognize that, when we speak of current living conditions, we are speaking of the production and reproduction of the entire set of capitalist social relations. This is where we face an important task, perhaps the most relevant for our organization, which is to prepare and promote the socialist revolution among young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In summary, capitalism has reached its structural limits, and the planet itself is pushing the boundaries of its capacity for renewal; we are on a path of no return; we are witnessing what Lenin described in \u201cSocialism and War\u201d: this is the continuation of politics by other means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that, ultimately, the revolutionary socialist strategy is the only humanistic solution to the structural crisis of the capitalist mode of production. This system cannot meet our needs.
