ENGLISH<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Paraguayan Communist Party and the Paraguayan Communist Youth, we express our unwavering internationalist solidarity with the comrades of the Communist Party of Turkey (TKP), who have been repressed and arbitrarily detained by the regime of the Justice and Development Party (AKP)<\/strong>, led by President Erdogan, as well as with the entire working class taking to the streets of Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This reactionary response comes in the context of the massive protests sparked by the recent arrest and removal of the mayor of Istanbul on March 24, along with the detention of other opposition figures. In response to this situation, the TKP called upon the masses to mobilize against the attack on political freedoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For participating in the protests, Ahmet Dincel, leader of the Istanbul Provincial Organization, along with approximately a dozen other militants, were arrested in their homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We condemn this attack and demand the release of our comrades and all political prisoners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some media outlets serving imperialist interests, such as CNN T\u00fcrk, have even labeled the TKP as a \u201cMarxist-Leninist terrorist organization.\u201d This discourse paves the way for an escalation in the persecution of our comrades and even the possible illegalization of the party\u2014something we know all too well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erdogan is known for being a servile representative of NATO, the European Union, and the United States in favor of their warmongering interests in the region, while simultaneously subjecting the Turkish state to foreign capital, all the while aspiring to become an imperialist power on its own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For these and many other reasons, it is more than necessary to consolidate a way out for our class and our interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long live the unity of the working class, from Paraguay to Turkey!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a1Libertad a los camaradas del TKP y a todos los presos pol\u00edticos!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Desde el Partido Comunista Paraguayo y la Juventud Comunista Paraguaya expresamos nuestra firme solidaridad internacionalista con los camaradas del Partido Comunista de Turqu\u00eda (TKP) reprimidos y detenidos arbitrariamente por el r\u00e9gimen del Partido de la Justicia y el Desarrollo (AKP)<\/strong> al mando del presidente Erdogan, as\u00ed como con toda la clase trabajadora que se manifiesta en las calles de Turqu\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta respuesta reaccionaria se da en el marco de las masivas protestas motivadas por el reciente arresto y destituci\u00f3n del alcalde de Estambul el pasado 24 de marzo y la detenci\u00f3n de otros referentes opositores. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el TKP hizo un llamado a las masas a manifestarse en contra del atropello a las libertades pol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por participar en las protestas, Ahmet Dincel, l\u00edder del Organismo Provincial de Estambul y aproximadamente una docena de militantes m\u00e1s, fueron arrestados en sus hogares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condenamos este atropello y exigimos la liberaci\u00f3n de nuestros camaradas y de todos los presos pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algunos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n al servicio del imperialismo como CNN T\u00fcrk incluso han catalogado al TKP como una \u201corganizaci\u00f3n terrorista Marxista-Leninista\u201d. Discursivamente, esto abre la posibilidad de un recrudecimiento de la persecuci\u00f3n hacia nuestros camaradas e incluso a la ilegalizaci\u00f3n del partido. Algo que conocemos perfectamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erdogan se caracteriza por ser un referente servil de la OTAN, la Uni\u00f3n Europea y EE.UU. en favor de sus intereses belicistas en la regi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como por poner al Estado turco a merced del capital extranjero, a la vez que aspira a ser una naci\u00f3n imperialista por su cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por estas y muchas otras razones, es m\u00e1s que necesario consolidar una salida para nuestra clase y nuestros intereses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
